Job Description - Receptionist (Part-Time)

Description

*** This is a part-time role, requiring 20 hours per week. We offer flexibility in scheduling, as long as the hours fall between Monday and Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM***

Our receptionists are a key part of our front office team, helping clients and providing support services for our accounting staff in a variety of functions. You will provide clerical and administrative services to our team, and your organizational skills will help complete assigned tasks efficiently, with attention to detail to ensure our work is of the highest quality. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage stress during the busier tax deadline months is essential for this position.

What you will do:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and greet clients in a professional and personable manner.
  • Organize, scan, file and send documents to project software and web portals.
  • Create and track facility requests with the building management team. 
  • Track and coordinate conference room scheduling. 
  • Own and maintain the office seating chart. 
  • Restock office supplies and kitchen. 
  • Execute detailed procedures for each step of our projects and processes.
  • Position requires attention to detail and analytical skills, flexible and positive attitude.

  • 1+ years of professional office experience 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent worker and learner, willingness to take on new tasks.
  • Ability to self-manage projects, proactive problem solving, analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn, understand and utilize new technology systems quickly.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
