Receptionist - Part-Time

King-Bruwaert House is a premier Senior Living located in Burr Ridge, Illinois. In the past two years, we were able to open a beautiful State-of-the-Art Healthcare building, The Martin Jahn Pavilion and our luxurious Independent Living building, The Gardens. We're extremely excited with the continued growth of our beautiful community here at KBH.

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to work 18 - 22 hours per week. A couple weekend days and one evening during the week.  The receptionist will be responsible for answering the mail community phone, assist residents with questions, and greet all guest and family members entering the facility. Previous customer service experience in similar setting preferred.

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn and the ability to multi-task
• Basic computer skills with Word & Outlook
• Sort and deliver resident's mail
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot and direct issues to the appropriate department of manager
