Receptionist- Part time

We are seeking a friendly, organized, professional individual to provide exceptional front-desk support and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for our patients.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a professional healthcare setting while working a part-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients with a warm and professional demeanor

- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently

- Verify patient information and update electronic health records

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately

- Assist with patient check-out and follow-up instructions

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance verification

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency with electronic health records and scheduling software

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Availability to work three mornings and one afternoon per week
