Job Description:

Grand Villa of Deland is seeking a dedicated and friendly Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, directing calls to appropriate staff as needed.

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

- Ensure the security of the facility by monitoring visitor access and maintaining visitor logs.

- Provide information about the facility and its services to prospective residents and their families.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software.
