Receptionist - Part-Time Weekends

We are currently seeking a qualified facility Receptionist to join our team at Peak Resources Alamance, Part-time.

Typical Work Schedule is: Every Other Weekend - Friday 4pm - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:30am - 8pm

Role Responsibilities

Performs clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and directed by the supervisor. Duties include answering the phone/paging system; greeting visitors, residents, and sales representatives; and receiving inquiries and release of information in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace

Preferred Experience

• At least one (1) year of experience in a clerical position, or successfully completed a secretarial science program from and accredited school/college
