Receptionist (Weekends, 2-7pm)

We have an opening for a part-time Receptionist. The hours are Saturday and Sunday, 2:00pm to 7:00pm.  

Duties include:

• Answering internal and external calls and forwarding to the appropriate party
• Providing administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, creating correspondence, etc.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior clerical/customer service experience
• Requires proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.
• Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
• Basic computer skills
