Receptionist/Greeter

Receptionist/Greeter – Part-Time or Full-Time

Mercedes-Benz of Loveland is seeking a dependable, professional Receptionist/Greeter to create a welcoming customer experience. This position also provides administrative support and data entry.  

Shifts available Monday-Friday between 7:15 am–7 :00 pm and Saturday 9 am–6 pm

$17 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate people


• Greet guests and direct to appropriate department


• Assist with document scanning, preparation and filing


• Data entry including new vehicle purchases and gas receipts


• Maintain coffee machine and customer waiting areas

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook


• Personal integrity and professional appearance


• Positive attitude and great work ethic


• Accurate data entry


• Organizational and multi-tasking skills


• Able to prioritize and work independently


• Previous office experience is a plus
