Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures, maintaining security protocols
- Assist residents with scheduling appointments and providing information about community services
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming manner
- Coordinate deliveries, mail, and packages efficiently
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Respond to resident needs and escalate concerns to appropriate staff as necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or customer service training preferred
- Proven experience in reception, customer service, or front desk roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly under pressure
