Receptionist-PT-Physical Therapy-St. George

Position Summary: We are looking for a hard worker with strong customer service and multi-tasking skills in a busy office setting in the Physical Therapy department.

Essential Job Functions:  • Answer and direct calls in a professional manner • Greet patients • Schedule appointments • Check patients in and out • Collecting payments and co-pays • Patient Service • Insurance authorization • Work with physical therapists • Help with aide duties • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: • Must have a great desire to provide patients and medical staff with the highest level of patient service. • Computer knowledge and experience preferred • Able to excel in a fast-paced environment • High school or GED required • Knowledge with Physical Therapy a plus

Hours: Clinic Hours 8 am- 6 pm
