Grand Villa of Englewood is excited to announce the reopening of our community and is seeking dedicated and friendly receptionists to join our team. As the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, this role is essential in creating a welcoming environment. We offer flexible hours, including potential 12-hour shifts and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information

- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area

- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times

- Collaborate with team members to support community events and activities

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
