WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our records clerk eagerly assist in searching and investigating information contained in loan files.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Range

• 5025 Adams Avenue South Ogden, Utah


• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


• Part-time, 25 hours per week


• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance+ Bonus + Incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.


• Work with loan officers with quality checks of consumer and in-house mortgage loans.


• Research information and resolve problems, errors or discrepancies in records.


• Issue and clear exceptions according to credit union procedures.


• Accurately record all actions pertaining to credit union loan files.


• Comply with all regulations as required by law.


• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required.


• Prior credit union experience is preferred.
