Location: ACCESS, Little Rock, Arkansas

Hours: Part-time, Evenings and Weekends

Pay: $20 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing: 

· Organizing and leading community-based outings and social events for students and adults with special needs

· Handling logistics like schedules, supplies, and event coordination

· Adapt activities to meet a variety of ability levels

· Collaborate with team members and families to ensure engaging, safe, and inclusive participation

· Preparing snacks/meals for various-sized groups

· Design and coordinate fitness classes 

· Completes needed paperwork and meets deadlines

· Transports students and young adults to and from recreational outings safely, following successful completion of driver safety training

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED 
• Minimum of 18 years’ old 
• Previous experience working with children or adults with developmental disabilities 
• Successfully pass background checks and drug screen
