Compensation: Depending On Experience $90K- $105K
Overview of Role
The Regional Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations across multiple facilities within an assigned region. This role involves managing and mentoring maintenance staff, ensuring timely and effective equipment repairs, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing facility operations in a cost-efficient manner. The ideal candidate is a safety-focused, hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, a positive attitude, and proven maintenance experience. Key aspects of the role include running operational reports, communicating with customers, leading team meetings, evaluating technician performance, and managing staffing activities such as hiring, interviewing, and termination. Having heat treat experience and knowledge would be a plus!
