Adaptive Steps ABA Therapy
Adaptive Steps is a locally owned and operated business by Matthew Soloway, MA, BCBA, IBA, LBA. We offer a range of services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support families to achieve their full potential. We design individualized treatment plans by integrating techniques derived from behavioral science. Our services are not only based on science, but they are also accessible! We pride ourselves on offering no waitlist, ensuring our clients receive the support they need without delays.
Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our practice. We employ highly trained registered behavior technicians (RBTs) who work under the supervision of our BCBAs, delivering consistent and effective interventions. We emphasize compassionate care to address the unique challenges many families face. Our approach is client-centered and focuses on building on individual strengths while filling in gaps of missing skill sets. We aim to teach children socially meaningful behaviors and how to thrive in various environments while also empowering caregivers to continue support independently. Using this strategy, we aim to lead to positive developmental outcomes and facilitate meaningful and lasting change.
