Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a pediatric client through in -home ABA services in Baltimore, Maryland (21218).

This is a part -time position with a consistent weekday evening schedule, ideal for an RBT seeking additional hours or a predictable schedule after school hours. The RBT will provide one -on -one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting skill development and positive behavior change in the home setting.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
  

• 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
  

• Consistent, ongoing schedule
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
  

• Implement behavior intervention plans as written by the supervising BCBA
  

• Collect accurate session data and document progress
  

• Support skill development in communication, behavior regulation, and daily living
  

• Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team members
  

• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all clinical and ethical standards
  

This is a non -exempt, hourly position, paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
