💼 About the Role

We're hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a hybrid clinic and school-based position in Clearwater, FL. You’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in our Pinellas Clinic as well as partnered school settings, helping clients build essential life, communication, and social skills.

This position offers the best of both worlds—a supportive, structured clinic setting and the rewarding variety of working within school-based programs.

✅ Your Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy in both clinic and school environments


• Implement behavior intervention plans created by supervising BCBAs


• Accurately collect and report real-time data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction


• Assist in generalizing skills through play-based and naturalistic teaching


• Participate in RBT group supervision and monthly training


• Communicate effectively with caregivers, teachers, and clinical supervisors


• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality at all times

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (or ability to complete certification within 6 months – we’ll help!)


• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care


• Availability for clinic hours (Monday–Friday daytime) and school schedule alignment


• Fluent in English
