Compensation: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience and certification status)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am-2pm

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work afternoons in Santa Fe, NM! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certified—we'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.

What You’ll Do:

Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans
Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills
Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates
Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA

What We’re Looking For:

Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply
ABA or childcare experience also welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified)
Strong communication and organization skills
Patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others
Comfortable working weekday mornings (9 AM–2 PM)
