Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - ABA Therapy | Autism Support Specialist

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with children with autism spectrum disorders, implementing personalized interventions that create lasting positive change.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress using specialized software
• Execute therapeutic activities aligned with individual client goals and developmental needs
• Maintain detailed session documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with BCBAs and treatment team members to ensure optimal client outcomes
• Support clients in developing independence and life skills
• Manage challenging behaviors using evidence-based interventions

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Strong understanding of ABA principles
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond to emergency situations
• Clear background check and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Prior experience working with children with autism
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Active fingerprint clearance card
