About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at 5 Star Medical Staffing LLC as a Registered Nurse! In this exciting role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Work for top rates facilities within Glendale, CA and its surrounding cities.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs in a telemetry and medical-surgical unit.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Utilize electronic health records to document patient care accurately.

Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.

Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.

Requirements:

Current California RN license and BLS/ACLS certification required.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospital setting required.

Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Proficient in electronic health record systems.

Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
