We’re currently looking for a patient-centered Registered Nurse to support the ambulatory surgical department in our Surgical Care Center. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside our top-notch physicians to provide quality, personalized medical and surgical care to each and every patient we see.

REGISTERED NURSE OR/PRE-OP/PACU- RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

· Assess health conditions and collect patient data through interviews, observation, and elimination. 

· Implement Patient First policies and procedures. 

· Assist the physicians as needed with various procedures. 

· Provide consistent positive, warm, and friendly patient care.

· Obtain vital signs, secures complaint, enter the information on the patient’s chart/EMR system then puts charts/patient information up for physicians when patients are ready in examining room.

REGISTERED NURSE OR/PRE-OP/PACU - EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: 

· Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing

· 1-3 years’ work experience as a Registered Nurse

· Current certifications in BLS, CPR and ACLS 

· Appropriately licensed in the State of Kentucky. 

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

· Ability for analytical and critical thinking and solid problem solving is essential.
