Are you a compassionate, organized RN looking to make a difference in your community? BG Healthcare Services is seeking a reliable PRN Registered Nurse to support our growing personal care program. This is a flexible, field-based role providing in-home assessments and supervisory visits to ensure top-quality care for our clients.

What You'll Do:

Complete initial nursing assessments and reassessments

Conduct supervisory visits and oversee caregiver performance

Ensure compliance with Virginia Medicaid and agency standards

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate with the office team to support smooth onboarding of new clients

What We're Looking For:

Active RN license in the state of Virginia

Minimum 1 year of home care, personal care, or community health experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Ability to manage time independently and efficiently

Excellent interpersonal skills and a heart for service
