About the Role:

We are hiring throughout the Tampa Metro Region in Florida.

Romet Healthcare Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to work on a PRN shift in both Hospitals and Home Healthcare within Tampa Metro area, FL. We are seeking Med Surg, ER, and ICU Nurses for various shifts on as needed basis.

As a Registered Nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

Provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.

Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, record symptoms and medical information.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and manage patient care plans.

Notify the physician and other personnel (DON, PT, Case Manager) of change in the patient’s condition.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain accurate patient medical records.

Requirements:

Valid RN license and BLS certification.

Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
