Registered Nurse (Per Diem) – 1:1 Home Health Care

Rate of pay: $50 per hour
Location: Scotch Plains, NJ
Hours: 40 hours a week M-F until the end of December

BrightStar Care of Westfield is seeking 1 or 2 Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for one-on-one home health care for a bed bound client on a ventilator to provide respite care for the wife. What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care for vented patient per individualized care plans


• Monitor patient conditions and update care teams as needed


• Counsel patients and families to support health and wellness at home


• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with all regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in NJ


• 3+ years of clinical experience (hospital or similar setting required) providing skilled care for vented patients


• CPR, BLS, or ACLS certification


• Reliable car and auto insurance


• Commitment to regulatory compliance, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality

Preferred:

• BSN degree from an accredited program


• Residing in or near Union County for shorter commute times
