Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients. You are a Registered Nurse (RN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong penchant for solving problems.

Responsibilities

Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans that include wound care, medication management, client and family education

Monitor and evaluate client progress and implement necessary changes to care plans as needed

Monitor medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed

Educate clients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and safety measures

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care

Maintain accurate records of client information and care plans

Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families

Supervise caregivers to make sure the daily ADL's are met

Qualifications

Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment

Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred

Excellent interpersonal and client care skills

Valid driver’s license

First aid/CPR certification required

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
