Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN – PRN/Per Diem)

• 
  

  Assess & Plan: Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs

  
  


• 
  

  Administer Care: Safely deliver medications, monitor vitals, provide wound care & treatments

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate: Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor & Report: Document accurately and escalate changes in patient condition

  
  


• 
  

  Protect Privacy: Follow HIPAA guidelines at all times

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Graduate of an accredited RN program

  
  


• 
  

  Active, unrestricted Nevada RN license

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
