The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community. Pay: $36-$40/hour 

Location: Greater Keene Area

Hours: Part time 12 hours weekly Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Flexible days if desired!)

Job Requirements of the Registered Nurse Case Manager:

• Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire


• Nursing experience required


• Recent wound care experience preferred but is not required


• Current CPR BLS Certification required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)


• Reliable transportation

*A Sign on Bonus of $5,000 is offered to RN Case Managers that have two years of current nursing experience working at least 30 hours per week. After 90 days of employment 20% of the sign on bonus will be paid out. The remaining sign on bonus will be paid after 6 months of employment.
