Home Care RN Role: Key Responsibilities 




As a Home Care RN specializing in admissions, you will: 






  • Lead home care admissions and create care plans 








  • Conduct in-home supervisory visits and train Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) 








  • Perform in-home clinical assessments and documentation 








  • Carry out physician orders and administer medication 








  • Communicate with compassion 






Must-Have Qualifications 




Requirements for this Registered Nurse opportunity include: 






  • Active RN license in Maryland 








  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program 










  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in Home Care, Home Healthcare, or equivalent admission/evaluation experience 








  • Current CPR certification 








  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws 








  • Familiarity with Maryland's COMAR
