Registered Nurse (RN) – School Nursing in Union County
$36-$50 per hour (dependent on the district)
1:1 in school student care or Subsititure School Nurse as needed

BrightStar Care of Westfield is seeking per-deim RegisterNurses (RNs) to join our team and provide 1:1 care for students and/or work as a substitute school nurse in Union County. If you are an RN looking for great hours while servicing the local community, we would love to speak with you! Med- surge or pediatric background is a huge plus, but not necessary.
A NJ Substitute Nursing Certrificate is required to work as a for a substitute school nurse.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 care in a school setting for students in Union County


• Monitor patient's condition, provide medication as needed, and update care teams as needed


• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with all regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in NJ


• 2+ years of clinical experience (hospital or similar setting required)


• Pediatrics or med surge experience preferred


• NJ Substitute Nursing Certificate


• CPR, BLS, or ACLS certification


• Commitment to regulatory compliance, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality

Preferred:

• BSN degree from an accredited program


• Residing in or near Union County for shorter commute times
