Registered Nurse RN Home Infusion

CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A HOME INFUSION NURSE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES: BERGEN, MORRIS, PASSAIC, UNION, ESSEX. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, educate (patient, family, caregivers when needed), and administer direct patient care for infusion and related therapies. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct skilled nursing services to patients according to Physician orders, policies & procedures, and in accordance with RN scope of practice. The Registered Nurse is responsible to contact patients, family members, physicians, pharmacies, or even emergency medical services as and when needed. The Registered Nurse is responsible for adhering to the policies and procedures of the Integrated Home Infusions, Infusion industry standards, and in compliance with OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines.

Rates
$45/HR and up Based on Experience
