Now Hiring: REGISTERED NURSE (RN) OR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) – Openings:

Full-Time on 2nd shift and Part-time Every Other Weekend both days on all shifts

Decatur Manor is a 24 hour residential facility for the mentally ill and those with co-occurring substance abuse issues.

Our residents are ambulatory and have lower acuity than patients in a nursing home. They do have mental illness and some have a co-diagnosis of substance abuse. This is truly a job with a cause and you'll get great satisfaction of seeing your patients recover and return to the community at large.

Now Offering:

LPNS $32 - 34 per hour depending on years of experience - PLUS Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd

RNS $35 per hour

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus for RNs (full-time) Paid out at $2.40 per hour until max achieved

$7,500 Sign-on Bonus for LPNS (full-time) Paid out at $1.80 per hour until max achieved

• Responsible for the coordination and delivery of patient care and the application of the nursing process
• Accountable for clinical oversight and positive clinical outcomes
• Supervise and lead CNAs and ensure the shift is fully staffed

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed in the State of Illinois
• CPR Certification
• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders
