  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  Deliver treatments and perform assessments in the home setting

  Responsible for all clinical operations and supervision of clinical staff

  Perform wound care, IV infusions, and assessments, etc.

  Creates and maintains written plans of care

  
  


• 
  

  Communicates with physicians and other health care practitioners

  
  


• 
  

  Develop an assignment sheet for non-skilled clients

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to Electronically chart on a tablet, and submit documentation on time

  
  

   

  
  

  Job Requirements

  
  

• 
  

  Able to communicate with all levels of the workforce both clinical and non-clinical

  
  


• 
  

  1 Year Experience

  
  


• 
  

  Florida RN License

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR (online is not accepted)

  
  


• 
  

  Valid Driver's License

  
  


• 
  

  Able to Lift, Carry, Pull and Push up to 50 lbs
