Location: Main Office - Fishkill, NY
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM OR 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
Status: Part-time, Non-Exempt
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Registration Specialist to join our team for our busy season. This is a temporary part-time role with the potential to transition into a year-round position for the right person.

As one of the first points of contact for new families, you’ll be a welcoming, informative, and supportive presence—helping families navigate enrollment and ensuring they feel confident and excited about joining our programs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone or in email to support families through the registration journey
• Answer a high volume of inquiries with warmth, accuracy, and patience
• Approve registration forms while ensuring accurate billing setup and scheduling for each child.
• Follow up with families who’ve shown interest
• Stay up to date on forms and documentation families may need
• Run reports and track registration progress using our CRM
• Collaborate with marketing to help spread the word about our programs

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Experience in customer service or client support
• Excellent phone and email communication skills
• The ability to adapt and respond to different personalities and needs
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
• Solid time management and multitasking abilities
• A team player mindset who’s flexible with shifting workflows
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual? That’s a big plus!
