Regular Part-Time Medical Assistant (20-29 hrs./week)

QualDerm Partners is seeking a committed Regular Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our vibrant team at our Plymouth, MN location. Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Assist the physician during examinations and procedures by ensuring all necessary instruments are available.
• Perform basic lab tests and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Schedule appointments and manage office communications.
• Educate patients on their treatment plans, medications, and skincare practices.
• Ensure examination rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role within a clinical environment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and best practices relevant to dermatology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced work setting.
• Basic proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and common office software.

Compensation Range: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
