We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide/Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Folkston.  You will work alongside Physical Therapists to provide essential support in patient care and rehabilitation services.

• Apply hot and cold therapy treatments under therapist supervision
• Maintain and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment areas
• Guide patients through prescribed exercise routines under direct supervision
• Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report progress
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient sessions
• Assist patients with mobility and transfer activities

You will also assist in the office with tasks including

• Checking patients in/out
• Scheduling patients
• Answering phones
• Taking payments
• Registering patients

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Provide excellent customer service
• Physical stamina to assist patients and handle equipment
• Proven organizational and time management abilities
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality (we will train on site)
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, caring attitude
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
