Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Part-Time Rehab Tech / Patient Coordinator to join our Kaufman, TX, clinic. This is a dual-role position combining patient-facing administrative responsibilities with light clinical support. You’ll be a vital part of the patient experience and may occasionally float to support nearby clinics in Terrell, Mesquite, Athens, and Rockwall as needed. 

Responsibilities:

As a Rehab Tech / Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

• Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming environment.
• Coordinate scheduling, verify insurance benefits, and process referrals.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records using our EMR system.
• Answer phones, manage inquiries, and support daily front-desk operations.
• Assist therapists with patient flow and treatment room organization.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in line with our high standards.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in healthcare administration or customer service preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technology: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
