Rehabilitation Aide Responsibilities:

• As a rehabilitation aide, you will assist with resident rehabilitation sessions.
• You will assist with preparing treatment areas.
• You will assist with resident transport.
• You will chart accurately and maintain records, in a timely manner.

 Rehabilitation Aide Qualifications:

• Current and valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, preferred.
• No abuse records.
• Rehabilitation experience, preferred.
• The ability to read and write.
• The ability to understand and follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to communicate and work well with residents and staff members.
