Job Title: Patient Care Representative

Location: Henderson, NV

Position Type: Full-Time, 9am to 5pm

Pay Rate: $16 /per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Patient Care Representative to join our team. The (PCR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff. The PCR plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Check-in and Check-out: Greet patients, verify information, schedule appointments, and process payments.


• Front Desk Operations: Answer phones, manage incoming calls, and provide information to patients.


• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate patient records, process insurance claims, and manage paperwork.


• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive patient experience.


• Clinic Operations: Assist with various clinic operations as needed, such as cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies.

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills


• Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic health record (EHR) systems


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks


• Positive and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting


• Knowledge of medical terminology


• Experience with insurance verification and billing

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.


• Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment as needed.
