RELIEF STAFF

Hourly Salary: $15.95 - $16.53

Job Type: Non-Exempt Part-Time and Full Time 

Shift: Community and Employment Program:  between the hours of 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

          Residential Program: Day, Evening, Overnight, weekday and weekends

**Hours will vary based on the position

Hours per pay period:  up to 80

Location: Charles County, MD (Multiple Locations as needed)

Applicants must be interested in assisting the people we support with activities of advocacy and personal care. You should be creative and able to provide the support that would encourage individuals with becoming more involved in their community, participate in social activities, and secure employment. 

Duties Include but not limited to:

• Implementing individual plan (IP) goals
• Monitoring/documenting progress
• Supporting an individual with his or her own choices
• Caring for the individuals and to include feeding & personal hygiene when needed
• Transport individual on outings in the community of his or her choice

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to perform physical activities such as: lifting, pushing and pulling
• Valid US Driver's license with (2 or less) points on the driving record
• Minimum 2 years driving experience   
• Basic Computer Skills
• Experience working with disabled adults preferred, but not required
