Relief Manager

Mexico Joe's is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Relief Manager.

Mexico Joe's is actively looking for a Relief Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible hours and will have demonstrated good leadership skills. This candidate is familiar with company policies and upholds a good standing with the management staff. As a Relief Manager, you will be responsible for living the values and vision of our company on a daily basis and being a positive leader for other employees while managing the team well.

Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Being an innovative and strong leader
• Providing assistance to the management team as needed
• Being self-motivated
• Being available to work multiple relief management shifts during the week

Job requirements:

• 1+ year of Mexico Joe's experience preferred
• Punctual and reliable. 
• Flexible availability
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• Listening and multitasking
• Teamwork mentality
• Excellent communication skills
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Stand & Walking for 8+ hours
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
