Job Description - Relief Residential Supervisor

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. is proud of its dedicated staff, people with diverse talents and skills devoted to our mission of providing a range of high-quality, community-based, behavioral health services to empower individuals and families to live healthy and successful lives.

Residential Supervisors work in our therapeutic residential group homes, overseeing staff, creating and maintaining schedules for adequate staff coverage and ensuring desired performance, maintaining site compliance, participating in creating/implementing and monitoring client treatment plans.

Requirements include the following:

Must have broad knowledge of non-profit administration and child protective systems

Must be at least 21 years of age

Valid/active driver’s license and reliable transportation

Position requires approved CORI, DCF and driving record checks.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
