Relocation & Resettling Specialist

Are you organized, reliable, and compassionate? Caring Transitions of Essex is hiring team members to help seniors and families downsize, relocate, and transition with dignity and ease.

What You’ll Do:

• Sort, organize, and pack household items to be moved, sold, or donated

• Safely lift and move boxes, décor, and furniture within the home and to/from new locations

• Unpack and resettle clients in their new homes

• Deliver, donate, or dispose of unwanted items

• Clean out homes by removing all items and sweeping/vacuuming as needed

• Use moving supplies, handheld devices, and apps for project tracking

• Interact with clients, families, and team members with care and professionalism

• No two days are the same — every project is unique!

Schedule & Pay:

• Average 15 hours/week with flexible scheduling

• $18.50–$20.00/hour based on experience

Requirements:

• Able to lift 30+ lbs and stand/move for extended periods

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Smartphone for scheduling, navigation, and communication

• Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable
