Job Description - Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper for a Consulting Firm in the US (Home Based Part Time)

â¢ Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.

â¢ Participation in Team Meetings

â¢ Ensure coordination of the interfaces of office and field operations

â¢ Daily Reports and TimeSheet Management - Collecting daily reports from each consultant in the field each day. Making sure the entire report is completed, adding a space on the report for pictures and JHA. Each week, compiling timesheets and submitting them to client and internal accounting

â¢ Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables

â¢ Schedule deployment of team and communication

â¢ File all project documents

â¢ Manage the project budget

â¢ General bookkeeping

â¢ Administrative assistance to office and field teams
