Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders
• Provide care primarily through virtual visits, with occasional onsite engagement  when needed
• Collaborate closely with Ascend’s board-certified psychiatrist, primary care physicians, care coordinators, and clinical support teams
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case consultations with our psychiatric leadership
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and clinical excellence

Pay range and compensation package -

• starting at $75/hour
• 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and CME support

What You’ll Need:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Georgia licensure
• Demonstrated experience in both psychiatric  settings, ideally within outpatient or community-based models
• Ability to work independently while valuing team collaboration and clinical supervision
• Openness to evolving workflows and responsibilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Passion for relational care and reducing stigma around mental health
