DCM Inc. partners with leading advocacy organizations to advance important causes through telefundraising and supporter engagement. We're seeking passionate individuals who want to turn their communication skills into meaningful impact.

Position Overview

• Contact supporters to strengthen engagement with advocacy campaigns


• Secure donations to support ongoing initiatives


• Educate the public about important social issues


• Build lasting relationships with campaign supporters

Schedule

• Part-time shifts available: varies based on campaign, day and evening shifts available


• Flexible scheduling with a minimum 16 hours per week (4 shifts)


• Fully remote/work-from-home position


• Paid training provided

Requirements

• Passion for social justice and advocacy work


• Previous fundraising, sales, or customer service experience preferred


• Strong communication and active listening skills


• Ability to discuss complex issues clearly and persuasively


• Tech-savvy with a reliable computer/laptop, headset, and internet connection


• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic


• Team player comfortable with virtual collaboration


• Ability to participate in video team meetings


• Open to coaching and performance feedback

Compensation

• Competitive base hourly rate (guaranteed minimum wage)


• Performance-based commission structure


• Top performers typically earn $20-25+ per hour


• Paid training period
