Appointment Setter for an Investment Company in the US (Home Based Part Time)

• Vet incoming leads from real estate school list.

• Outreach via text and email to leads in prospecting list (located in CRM)

•\-Set up appointments for initial in office meeting with those interested in the brokerage.

• Schedule appointments in calendar.

• Follow up with leads that have not responded.

• Log method each lead was contacted and notes in CRM.

• Check\-ins with existing clients to see how they're doing on the course.
