As an Assistant Manager, you will be at the core of the day-to-day operations, leading and guiding our customers to a fun, safe karting experience. Customer service is our #1 goal we value our customer because without them we wouldn't be here. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all K1 Speed visitors
- training staff on all rules and regulations of k1 speed
- coordinate with pit staff to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Maintain store cleanliness at all times
- some lifting required
- Standing for long periods of time

- Able to get maintain a team in stressful situations

Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Weekends are a must!

K1 Speed uses the fastest indoor go karts available in the industry: all-electric Italian race karts. These little beasts allow teens and adults the opportunity to race wheel-to-wheel at speeds approaching 45mph!
But our experience isn’t limited to older racers only. We’re a great all-around place for fun family entertainment in Oakland County!
We have junior karts at K1 Speed Oxford that let little ones (who are at least 48″ tall) experience top speeds of up to 25mph.
