Job Description - Bookkeeper for Healthcare & Commercial Property Management in the US (Home Based Part Time)

â¢ Managing QuickBooks and banking processes, including downloading and uploading bank and credit card statements

â¢ Accurately categorizing transactions in line with the chart of accounts

â¢ Performing weekly bank and credit card reconciliations

â¢ Maintaining clean, accurate, and audit-ready financial records

â¢ Entering and reconciling rent rolls and tenant billing data from RIS into QuickBooks

â¢ Tracking tenant payments and deposits

â¢ Recording vendor invoices related to property operations

â¢ Assisting in preparing monthly property financial summaries

â¢ Contacting tenants with overdue payments and following up as needed

â¢ Flagging tenants approaching lease end dates

â¢ Recording operating expenses and vendor bills for the podiatry practice

â¢ Scheduling and processing bill payments in line with approval protocols

â¢ Maintaining organized digital filing of receipts and supporting documents

â¢ Assisting with preparation of monthly practice financial reports

â¢ Preparing draft profit and loss statements and balance sheets for review

â¢ Communicating with the in-house bookkeeper regarding discrepancies or queries

â¢ Maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring data security at all times
