Job Description - Case Coordinator for an Arbitration Services Firm in the US (Home Based Part Time)

â¢ Handle case intake and download cases from the online platform

â¢ Prepare and organize case files

â¢ Put cases on working queue lists

â¢ Verify eligibility of cases to determine if they meet requirements

â¢ Review incomplete information and request missing details

â¢ Determine if cases are eligible based on healthcare rules and regulations

â¢ Manage daily work queues of 20 to 50 cases

â¢ Collaborate with attorneys for arbitration decisions

â¢ Upload completed cases back to the website

â¢ Close out cases once decisions are made
