Job Opportunity: Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Clinic - Clinical Director (LPC)
 
Recovery Syndicate, an esteemed treatment center specializing in the intersection of substance use disorders and mental health, is searching for a committed and dynamic Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and uphold the highest standards of care and documentation. This contractor position provides flexibility and offers an excellent chance to truly impact the lives of our clients.  
 
Primary Responsibilities:

  • - Offer leadership and supervise clinical staff effectively.  

  • - Ensure compliance with documentation standards and established treatment protocols.  

  • - Facilitate client sessions as necessary to support personalized care plans.  

  • - Remain accessible beyond standard hours, including weekends, to address staff questions or concerns.  

  • - Partner with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.  

  • - Adapt to remote work needs while maintaining clear and consistent communication.  

Qualifications:  

  • - Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Arizona.  

  • - Availability for 5-15hours per week.  

  • - Schedule/Hours are flexible

  • - Comprehensive knowledge and skills in providing mental health and substance use disorder care.  

  • - Willingness to work both on-site and remotely as required by organizational needs.
