Commercial ConstructionInspector for PT work in Northern CA

This is a great role for a retired PM or Site Superintendent, as a thorough knowledge of the construction process is required, with experience with draw inspections being ideal. 

This is a fully-remote, part-time role, servicing Northern California, south of the Oregon border to as far as Redding or Chico. 

You will be assigned to job sites, and will be required to coordinate with the onsite contacts to arrange a site visit.  

You will then drive to the location with their vehicle, walk the site, take photos using our mobile inspection app, include any notes or photo captions, then submit the form.  

There is no report writing or construction estimation required.  

You will be required to take our safety training and wear proper PPE onsite. 

Inspectors are compensated hourly for their time, as well as the IRS mileage reimbursement.
